The cosy lounge offers beautiful views of Arthur's Seat, fitted with a double sofa bed and smart TV for your enjoyment with DVD player and electric fireplace. Super fast fibre broadband included for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is equipped with all basic amenities offering a comfortable space to dine in with washing machine and dishwasher.

The first bedroom offers 2 single beds while the second bedroom hosts a king sized bed with space for your possessions throughout your stay.

The bathroom in the property is light and modern with a shower over the bath. We provide hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

Professionally cleaned, hotel standard sheets and towels are provided for all visits.

There is plenty to see and do in Edinburgh and a lot of it can be reached easily on foot, making the apartment an ideal location to use as your base. With so many beautiful buildings and so much history to take in, walking is a great way to observe and explore the city, taking in the atmosphere and mixing with the locals, treading the same pavements walked by scores before you, including some very famous historic figures.
